About H.G. Nolan
H.G. Nolan is a fiction writer from New Hampshire, now living in Ireland. Her stories often explore family, identity, and the experience of being caught between places—geographically and culturally. While her work is fictional, ideas for her stories often stem from her own life (the plots and characters might not be real, but the feelings are field tested). Her work has appeared in Swerve Magazine, The Stoney Collection Vol. I, and Scrimshaw Journal of New Writing and Visual Art.
Alongside her writing, she has spent over nine years working in higher education in both the U.S. and Ireland. She holds a Master’s in Education and Human Development. She has recently completed a novelette, which is currently out for consideration.
